CRS cut off score rises to 475 in October 30 invitation round In the latest invitation round through Canada’s Express Entry system , a total of 3900 candidates with Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) scores of 475 or higher received Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for Canadian permanent residence. The October 30 th  draw brings the total number of invitations issued by Government of Canada to Express Entry candidates so far this year to 71,700. However, this number puts the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) 2,500 behind last year’s pace- a year that issued a record 89,800 ITAs. Canada’s high admissions targets for the three immigration programs managed by Express Entry system are set at 81,400 for 2019 and 85,800 for 2020, which means it could still surpass this record by the end of the year.
